Boots on the ground for remote hosts.
FieldHost was built because remote property owners deserve independent verification of what happens at their properties. Cleaners forget. Cohosts are virtual. Neighbors are not reliable. You need proof, not promises.
Our principles
How we think about property operations.
These five principles guide every product decision we make.
Proof over promises
Every task produces documented evidence: photos, timestamps, GPS, checklists, and reports. Not 'I was there.' Verified proof that work was done.
Route density over random gigs
FieldHost operates on a route-based model, not a one-off marketplace. Agents handle multiple properties in tight geographic zones. This drives profitability for agents, affordability for hosts, and recurring revenue for the platform.
Vetted, not random
Field agents are screened, background-checked, trained, and rated. Property access is limited to verified agents who meet tier-specific requirements.
Start narrow, expand by vertical
The wedge is STR trash routes in one service zone. The expansion path moves through exterior checks, inspections, vendor access, damage reports, and then into new property verticals.
Do not add cost — replace risk
FieldHost should not feel like another monthly subscription. It should feel like insurance against the $100–$500 problem that happens when nobody is local.
The opportunity
The category does not even have a name yet.
There is no dominant platform that clearly owns verified local field support for remote property owners. Existing players address pieces: directories for finding cohosts, cleaner scheduling tools, full-service property managers. None of them deliver what remote owners actually need: a vetted local person, a specific completed task, and verified proof.
FieldHost defines the category: STR Field Services — or more broadly, Local Property Operations for Remote Owners.

Our vision
FieldHost becomes the trusted local operations layer for every remote property owner.
Every remote property has a FieldHost field agent nearby who can check, verify, document, and act — with proof — whenever the owner needs it. STRs are the first market. The same infrastructure serves snowbirds, remote landlords, vacant homes, real estate investors, HOA communities, and small multifamily owners.
